Something is oddly attractive about this bag. I love the color combination and it really does look like the front of a camera. Now I am not one of those people that is forever taking pictures but I could see me with this little camera satchel bag. Working up to 8 x 8 as the finished size is perfect for me as well.

We all have one. The person in the group that is always taking pictures. I know my photographer would love one of these just because of the love to taking pictures. I think this will be the perfect Christmas gift this year. I wonder if she will keep the camera in it?

I grew up crocheting using an H crochet needle and (4) medium weight/worsted weight. They are the easiest to start learning crochet. Plus having a pattern such as the Camera Sachet Bag is a good combination. It basically uses single crochet and chair stitches. So is you would like to crochet something spectacular, this patter is it.

I had to replace my little digital point and shoot camera, and it did NOT come with a camera case. I keep all my charging cables in a ziplock baggie, but thats not enough protection for the camera itself. This bag is exactly what Ive been looking forthe Camel Single Stitch makes a very solid fabric. The pattern itself is only available by download, but can be printed or saved as a .pdf from there.
