I have several patterns saved and printed, but I have not tried amigurumi yet. I almost did one day, but I didnt have all the colors of yarn that I needed and then I never went back to it. If it took the designer, who is at expert level in my opinion, eight hours to make this project, it would probably take me at least a week. I do get side tracked easily..squirrel!!!

A bear is usually a bear, but its the expression on his face that separates this guy from the rest of the Ursine crowd. That and his jaunty bow tie! The designer includes a link to her instructional video for that at the bottom of her pattern page. The pattern is nicely written and formatted for easy reading. No additional photos for the individual pieces or construction. She is also offering an ad-free .pdf for a modest price.

This bear looks like it would make an amazing baby shower gift! I'll probably be making it in the next few months for my new niece or nephew.

How cute is this Cuddliest Crochet Bear. The best for young children, I love the idea of no buttons or plastic eyes. Nothing for the little ones to chew off and chock on. The pattern is very well written and reads easily. Thank you for this free pattern that I'll be doing soon.
