This is the prettiest afghan I have ever seen! I made this for my daughter, it turned out awesome! Looks like I'm going to have to make me one too! Thanks for putting it on AllFreeCrochet.

I am having a problem with doing the sunflower petals. I am at Rnd 5. I did the Beg cl. Chained 5 and completed the cluster on the circle edge pulling it at the end. This makes a very nice petal but leaves the yarn at the top of the cluster. I am suppose to repeat this process around the circle. How do I do another chain of the gold color for each petal? I have searched everywhere on the net and can't find out how to do this. This is the prettiest sunflower afghan and really want to do it for someone special. Please help me.

GOT IT..UNDERSTAND SQUARE NOW..THANK YOU GONNA DO A PATTERN SQUARE NOW...

QUESTION ON THE PATTERN. YOU HAVE THE BEGIN CLUSTER THEN THE ROUNDS THE ROUNDS COME AFTER CLUSTER NO? PLEASE SO MY POOR BRAIN DOESN'T JUMP SHIP WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN..PLEASE...

I am working on this pattern and am stuck on Round 5 the cluster stitch. Rnd 5: Beg cl; * ch 5, cl over next 4 sts; rep from * around, ending ch 5. I cannot figure out how to do this. Help would be appreciated

Has anyone made this? I have started but have a question about the directions Rnd 6: Sl st to first ch-5 sp, ch 1; (6 sc in each ch-5 sp) around; sl st to beg sc72 sts does this mean to Sl st to first ch-5 sp, ch 1 into each cluster or just the first one? thanks mj

You would only sl st to the first space, then ch 1 and do 6 sc in that same space, after that you would simply do 6 sc in each ch-5 sp.
