Are coin purses still fashionable? If not, this adorable pineapple coin purse will make it fashionable. My mother love the pineapple. She made loads of crochet patterns with the pineapple design and she collected a few in crystal as well. She would have liked this zany pattern.

I am trying to teach my niece the importance of money and we are starting small. Even though coins do not get you a lot these days, it is still important to teach the value of them. When she visits, I will give her small tasks to complete and pay her. We are learning to save some and some we can spend. This would be the perfect item to place the spend money because we have a bank for the save. I think she would like this.

This is so cute. And it's extremely easy to do. I especially like the green leaves. That's a really cute touch. And think about making this in orange or red. An apple or orange purse would be cute too. You could have a regular fruit stand of change purses. Thanks for sharing.

One of my daughters was so in love with pineapples that she decided she was going to marry a pineapple farmer and move to Hawaii when she grew up. She never did, but she still loves pineapples. In case anyone is wondering, if you follow the pattern and page on down throughout, you will see the designer provides the pattern written in English for us. It doesn't seem difficult to make at all! I do wonder about putting a liner attached to the inside. It looks like I see something resembling that in one of the pictures, but- did I miss that in reading the pattern? Otherwise, this is so cute!

This is a cute little Pineapple Coin Purse. I have one problem I hope someone who made this can help me with. I don't understand the pattern. ??? I clicked on translate this pattern and I still don't understand the terms. I would love to crochet this cute little purse, I'm saving the picture and hope I can just make it looking at the picture. If any one can translate this to English terms I would love to see it.. Thanks.
