We have to wear lanyards at work and I understand why. I have even incorporated some of those colorful ones that you can purchase in the stores. This will be my new lanyard cord. It is going to be great!

I just love this. This was a CAL and like usual, I missed it. This project shows in increments of 9 weeks I can have one of this. Nine weeks from now is still in time for Christmas but that is cutting it really close. Well, nothing beats a failure but a try.

So all the women in my family are really starting to expect something crocheted for those special events like Christmas and birthdays. This is the one for this year. Easy, quick and not expensive. I just got excited about Christmas shopping.

I love these necklaces! I never would have thought of mixing crocheted balls and chains. You could even elongate the balls to bead shapes for a different look. Be advised that the pattern itself is NOT on the linked siteyou will need to go to the download. The designer also talks about how portable this project is. I completely concurI never go anywhere without something to crochet either.

What an original idea for a necklace! I love this look. I love the color choices she has provided in her pictures. I would make one of each for myself. It is so young, flirty, and fun. I am sure that I would get many compliments on this, probably by people asking me "Where did you get that necklace?"
