Christmas 2017 has slipped by but its never too early to start thinking about next year! Since this delightful project is made up of individual units, its easy to toss the necessary yarn into a bag for a Take Along project. I love the floral motif, but I think I spotted a couple of interesting looking color combinations hanging by the fireplace, too.

Cute and classic at the same time! The hexagon type granny squares are very retro and are back in fashion again. Just don't make this Christmas stocking in brown, avocado green and orange! Bring it into the modern era by sticking to contemporary colors like berry, taupe, heather gray, teal.... but not all together, of course.
