OH So Beautiful!!! What a pair! I love the size and the simplicity of this Christmas tree blanket tail. It's just like the mermaid tail that I made for my granddaugher but this time it's a Christmas tree design. I like the shade of green used and the decorations are just right, not overacting, not ostentatious.

I think this would be absolutely adorable for my granddaughter. This would be so nice for a cozy nap bag or story time relaxing bag. I can picture her sitting wrapped in it on a cold day looking at books or watching a movie. It would be adorable for a Christmas card photo prop too.

Today I am browsing the many dozens and dozens of Christmas or holiday crochet patterns that are offered here. I can tell you that I have not run into this one until now- and I LOVE this idea! Don't you think it is great for a family holiday photo op? I do -) Simple and easy to make, not to mention cheap to make!

I made the mermaid tail for my eleven year old grand daughter and was wondering what I could make for her 7 year old brother. Certainly not a mermaid tail! This is perfect. Usually every Friday night is movie at home night and those two lie on the floor with pillows and blankets over their feet. This will be perfect t!

Okay! So this would be the Christmas version of the mermaid blankets. I just think it is adorable. However, my little people don't sit still long enough to have a need for this. However, it would be a special blanket to sit with while watching those special Christmas movies with the family. Love the hat too!

Such a cute project to give to a little person. While surfing All Free Crochet, I have seen a lot and I mean a lot of different crochet "ornaments" that could be used to "personalize" this project if it is required you make more than one. No one should be left out in the cold without a little tree snuggler.

This is a cute idea if you will be entertaining little ones at any point during the upcoming Christmas season. I dont have any grand kids yet, but I could see the kids having a sleepover at grandmas and snuggling up on the sofa with this while watching Christmas programs on TV and watching the lights on the Christmas tree blink.

OMG how sweet is this Crochet Christmas Tree Blanket Tail? I love it and can't wait to make one or two. The written pattern is will done with just repeating the two rows and then making it the size that suits you. Now I want the hat pattern too. LOL This pattern will make some of our little ones laugh and snuggle up in a Christmas tree! Looking forward to making this one and try to come up with the ball lights.
