This pattern really does not have anything to do with Prince George or any of the Royal family as far as I can tell when reading over the instructions and back story to this pattern. They are simply called Striped Booties on the designers page. They were designed to go with a matching blanket that was made by Pia.

These booties are too cute, and since we have our own little prince expected in April you know I need to make these. I'm making a sweater that uses several colors so I'm going to make these booties to match. I love that the pattern has pictures along the way illustrating each step, it makes it so much easier.
