Crochet Lego Soap Saver

This particular crochet soap saver is a blast from the past, resembling fun Lego blocks - only this one won't hurt your foot should you accidentally step on it. I realize that this is actually a soap saver, however, I have a GREAT idea on how to gift this- how about filling it with a selection of Lego's that the kids can play with in the bath? The soap saver acts as a little pouch for storage, and it can stay in the tub, perhaps hanging on the faucet. Of course, make sure your kids are old enough to play with these.

I am in love with this soap saver! Yesterday I found a simple soap saver, which I thought would be perfect for my boys. Seeing this today, I know what I will be making them! Like most other boys, they love legos, and would be more likely to use this soap saver than anything else.

Even if you dont work this up in primary Lego colors, this is one of the best soap savers around! The bobbles that make it a Lego brick also serve as great scrubby surfaces. We tend to use bar soap in the shower, so there are always odd bits that are just too small to handle independently. Consider making one of these for a senior in your lifeeven full bars of soap will fit and wont slip out to cause falls.
